Shipping

How does my parcel get delivered?
All UK deliveries are made by Royal Mail, and tracking numbers are automatically sent on dispatch via email for all Royal Mail Signed For, and Special Delivery and Tracked & Signed options.

All International deliveries are made by courier (DHL and UPS).

What if it doesn't arrive?
If your package doesn't arrive within 14 days after dispatch, please check your tracking number and/or contact us.

Last order time for UK Next Day Delivery?
Please ensure all orders are completed by 16:00 Monday - Friday, all orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday and any orders set for delivery on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the next working day.

Last delivery dates for orders before Christmas?
This will be displayed via announcement banner in the storefront.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! Simply add the items you're looking to buy into your basket, head to the checkout page, enter your postal address and our system will automatically calculate the shipping price based on your basket weight/size.

Orders

I'm not sure what size to order?
We have a bunch of Size Guides available on our product pages, or alternatively download our Standard Size guide. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

My product isn't in stock, what can I do?
We aim to have products in stock year-round, however occasionally demand outweighs supply. If your product is out of stock, subscribe to the back in stock email on the product page, expect it to be back in stock within 3-4 days, and if it's urgent please contact us. For some products it is possible to pre-order where we will aim to ship after 3 days.

What if I want another colour?
If you've bought the wrong colour, that's not a problem, send the product back to us within 14-days and we'll happily exchange it for another colour. Unfortunately we can't refund or modify custom orders. To initiate an exchange please email info@freem.co.uk

How do I redeem a gift card?
Your gift card will be delivered to the email address you provided upon order, once it arrives, simply follow the link to the page which contains your unique gift card number. Now all you have to do is find the item you're looking for, add it to your basket and put your gift card number inside the checkout pop-up. If you have any questions, just contact us.

I've tried to measure myself and it's not working, is there another way?
Not a problem, if you're struggling to measure yourself we can arrange for you to visit our showroom, or take measurements at your selected circuits. Contact us to find out more.

Returns/EXCHANGES

I'm not happy with my product, what can I do?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return or exchange my item?
To return your product, please email info@freem.co.uk

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item/s and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

What is your Christmas return policy?
All non-custom orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if placed after 1st December.
